The selling price for the Alexene Model single-detached is US$73,800, while the selling price for the Alexene Model duplex is US$63,000, and the selling price for the Alexene Model single-detached (end) is US$64,800. The payment terms will be 30% downpayment (which can be paid in 4 equal monthly payments), and the 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest or 3, 4, or 5 years with corresponding interests. 

For full spot cash payments in 60 days, there will be a 20% discount, so the discounted prices will be the following: Maura Model single-detached will be US$87,200; Maura Model duplex will be US$71,680; Alexene Model  single-detached will be US$59,040; Alexene Model duplex will be US$50,400; and Alexene Model single-detached (end) will be US$51,840.
