Overview:

Lexber Homes-Baguio City At Eagle Crest is a townhouse project located inside Eagle Crest Subdivision, along Bakakeng Road, Baguio City. It is approximately 4 kilometers away from the heart of Baguio City. Eagle Crest is a fully developed subdivision, which has 10 to 12 meter-wide road networks. There is already an existing community in and within the subdivision and has a spectacular view of the Cordillera mountains. Lexber has undertaken to construct and market certain portions inside the subdivision.

The housing units that will be constructed will be the Maura Model, the Alexene Model, and the Ditas Model. All units have aesthetically exquisite, log homes design or wood panel technology.

The Maura Model is a one-storey, villa-type unit with two-bedrooms, which has a ranch-house design with a front porch. It has 77 square meters (800 square feet) in floor area. The Maura Model has two types, the single-detached and the duplex. The Maura Model single-detached has an average lot area of 225 square meters (2,400 square feet), while the Maura Model duplex has an average lot area of 220 square meters (2,300 square feet).

The selling price for the Maura Model single-detached is US$82,073, while the selling price for the Maura Model duplex is US$76,484. The downpayment is 30% payable in 4 months. The 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest, or up to 3, 4, 5, or 10 years to pay with corresponding interests. For spot cash payments in 60 days, there will be a 20% discount and the price for the Maura Model single-detached unit will only be US$65,659 and the price for the Maura Model duplex will only be US$61,188.

The Alexene model, are 2-storey wood-inspired vacation homes that are duplex units, with total floor area of 58.8 square meters (620 sq. ft.), inclusive of a 2.4 square meters (25 sq. ft.) front terrace and 4.8 (50 sq. ft.) square meters rear terrace. The ground floor has 26.4 square meters (280 sq. ft.), while the second floor has 25.2 square meters (265 sq. ft.). 

 

The lot area for each housing unit on a regular sized lot will be 75 square meters (800 sq. ft.). Alexene Model units are also available on bigger sized lots and corner lots. All house and lot packages will include an overhead water tank for water supply convenience of each homeowner. The Alexene model on a regular sized lot (75 sq.m. / 800 sq.ft.) is priced at US$35,000. The downpayment is 30% payable in 4 months. The 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest, or up to 3, 4, 5, or 10 years to pay with corresponding interests. For spot cash payments in 60 days, there will be a 20% discount and the price will only be US$28,000. 

The Ditas Model, are 1-storey with loft, townhouses with concrete log homes design, with total floor area of 48 square meters (520 sq.ft.), 24 square meters (260 sq.ft.) ground floor and 24 square meters (260 sq.ft.) loft. The lot area varies from 50 square meters to 80 square meters (540 square feet to 860 square feet). All units come with an overhead water tank for water supply convenience of the homeowner. 

 

The selling price of Ditas Model inside unit in a cluster of townhouses is US$25,000. The downpayment is 30% payable in 4 months. The 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest, or up to 3, 4, 5, or 10 years to pay with corresponding interests. For spot cash payments in 60 days, there will be a 20% discount and the price will only be US$20,000 (for inside units of a cluster of townhouses). 

For those who prefer to purchase lots instead of house and lot packages, lots only are also available at an average of 150 square meters (1,600 sq. ft.) per lot cut. The price per lot is US$25,000 to US$40,000 depending on the size of the lot. The down payment is 30% payable in 4 months. The 70% balance can be paid in 24 months at zero interest, or up to 3, 4, 5, or 10 years to pay with corresponding interests. For spot cash payments in 60 days, there will be a 20% discount and the price will only be US$20,000 for the 150 sq.m. (1,600 sq.ft.) lots. The purchase price already includes the overhead water tank for the homeowner's water supply convenience, as well as interconnection to facilities like drainage, sewer, power, etc.
